International students

We’re here to help you start planning your postgraduate studies, whichever country you’re coming from.

I want to know that I’ll feel at home

We are a friendly community of academics and students from just over 130 countries, and there are plenty of student societies to join, including Greenwich International, Chinese Society, Indian Society, and many more.

I’d like to talk to someone about the university

You can email our International Office team (international@gre.ac.uk). They will answer your questions and put you in touch with the international recruitment officer who looks after your country or region.

I want to apply for a course

You can apply to us direct or through one of our international agents in your country or region. If you use an agent, they will help you navigate the application process. Get more details on how to apply.

I don’t know if my qualifications are suitable

We accept lots of different qualifications. Visit Greenwich in your country on our website and go to your country page, where you’ll find a list of the qualifications we accept.

I need to improve my English

You can take our pre-sessional English course before you start your postgraduate studies or a preparatory course at the University of Greenwich International College, which is on our Greenwich Campus.

You can also take the University of Greenwich English Language Test, which is offered online through our partner, Oxford International Education Group.

I need help with my visa application

Our international recruitment team can direct you to experts who can advise you on your student visa. You can also get help from our international agents in your country or region.

I’d like to know how much tuition fees are

You can find the current international tuition fees for postgraduate courses on our website, including details on how to pay them.

I want to find out about scholarships

We offer an International Scholarship Award worth up to £3,000. If you’re an EU student, you can reduce your fees by £2,500 through our EU Bursary.

I need somewhere to live

We have student accommodation on or a few minutes’ walk from our campuses. There’s also a hall of residence that’s exclusively for mature students on our Greenwich Campus, as well as flats at Avery Hill and Medway.
