This has been an exceptional year for the University of Greenwich. Our commitment to educational excellence has been recognised with a Gold award from the Office for Students (OfS), a testament to our dedication to delivering outstanding outcomes for our students.

This achievement belongs not just to our staff and students, but to our entire university family who contribute to making Greenwich a truly special place of learning.

This last year has also marked a significant step forward in our sustainability journey. We launched our year of action towards achieving net zero carbon by 2030, demonstrating our commitment to creating a more sustainable future.

The establishment of our Institute for Inclusive Communities and Environments further reinforces our dedication to addressing global challenges whilst serving our local communities.

Diversity and inclusion remain at the heart of everything we do. The launch of our Global Majority Alumni Community has created new opportunities for connection and celebration, strengthening our worldwide network.

Our magazine's name, The 1890, continues to honour our rich history whilst celebrating the modern, dynamic institution we are today.
